In every case so far, it has been the user not applying Perspi Guard correctly that has prompted them to wish to return the product. A simple call explaining how the product works always results in the customer re-trying Perspi Guard and then deciding that they love the product and no longer wish to return it!
Perspi Guard must be applied at night to clean, dry skin for it to be effective.
In the unlikely event of still being unhappy with Perspi Guard, simply contact us via email or telephone, send the item(s) back to us and we will refund the cost of the product.
The conditions of the guarantee are simple:
We must be contacted before returning the product.
Returns must be within 1 week of receiving product.
There must be at least 90% of the product remaining.
A full product refund (less P&P) will be applied after inspection of returned product.

If you purchased Perspi Guard in either a Rowlands or Numark Pharmacy and wish to return it under the money back guarantee, please send it back to us direct, do not take back to the store.
Simply send the product and your reciept to our office and we will arrange a refund to be made. The stores cannot process refunds.
