UK Orders

Orders with delivery addresses in the UK are generally shipped within 48hrs of the day payment has been cleared. Delivery times are typically 1-3 working days for Express and 3-5 days for Standard delivery, but please allow up to 14 days for delivery. Delivery costs are £1.99 Standard and £2.99 Express. Iontophoresis machines and high value orders will be shipped via UPS couriers, and so are excluded from Standard and Express delivery times quoted here. You will receive email confirmation and tracking information from UPS direct, informing you of expected delivery date. A signature will be required

European Orders

Orders to European countries are shipped on the same day as payment is cleared. European deliveries will generally take 5-10 working days, but please allow up to 15 days. All orders are sent via Airmail at a standard fee of £4.95 regardless of the amount of items you order

International Orders

Orders with delivery addresses outside the UK and Europe will be shipped on the same day as payment clears. Customers are responsible for any Customs / Import charges imposed by their country. Delivery is typically 5 - 10 working days depending on location, but please allow up to 21 days. All orders under £100 are sent via Airmail at a standard fee of £9.95 regardless of the amount of items you order. Higher value orders are charged at individual rates which wll be displayed at time of checkout

Delivery Charges

There is no such thing as 'Free Shipping'. All companies recover their postal costs one way or another. At BuyinConfidence.com, we would rather be upfront and fair about postage costs, and not hide them in the product pricing. We constantly update our delivery charges to remain on par with the current postal rates.

Your Privacy

We know how embarrasing some of the conditions that we supply treatments for, can be and do not want to add to this by advertising our company all over your order. All our orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to protect your privacy and prevent possible embarrassment.

No-one will know what you order or where you order from.
